Work Your Abs and Arms In One Move
Planks are an amazing way to tone your core. But why not take your plank to a whole new level, working your arms at the same time. This isn’t easy, but it’s a great workout for your whole body. Take a dumbbell in each hand and get into an extended arm plank. Carefully, holding in your core, lift one arm up and back like a row. Keep your elbow close to your body. Keep your hips in alignment, and don’t strain your neck. Your back and sides should assist in the rowing motion. Do six or seven on both sides. Any weight dumbbell will work, but you can try to work up to 15 lbs.
