Try This New Ab Blasting Exercise
Use your stability ball to shape your abs with this challenging, but fun exercise. Doing knee-tucks on a stability ball forces you to use your core muscles, in your back and sides, to maintain balance. By tucking in your knees, you’re doing a crunch. It’s working all of your waist muscles. Very carefully walk your hands out over your ball, and get into plank pose with your shins on the stability ball. Keep your hands below your shoulders with your fingers pointing away from your body. Once you’re in a stable position, slowly and with control, bring your knees into your chest. You can bend your elbows as your knees come in. Push your legs back slowly, and continue. Do two sets of 15.
