The lactic acid in milk also acts as an exfoliant, you’ll be reducing your dead skin cells. Vitamin E and Zinc are both found in milk and we know that they are both great for your skin. It’s safe for lactose intolerant people. Try pouring 2 cups of powdered milk into your bath and mixing. Make sure you use whole milk.
