How to Heal a Sunburn
Sunburns are extremely painful and lead to an increased chance of getting skin cancer. You should avoid sunburns by staying out of sun during the harshest parts of the day, wearing sunblock and protective clothing.
If you do get a sunburn, it can be painful. There is relief. Take a washcloth and wet it with cool water and a little bit of apple cider vinegar. Place the cool washcloth over your sunburn. Once your skin is wet, remove the washcloth and let your skin dry. You should be feeling relief already. When your skin is dry, rub it with coconut oil. You should repeat this process a day later. When the skin starts to peel, you should gently exfoliate. And avoid getting another sunburn!
