To start, you want to make a smoothie, like you normally would, but with a little less liquid. Less almond milk, juice, or whatever your liquid is. To replace the liquid you took out, put more yogurt into it. This will give it a creamier, heavier texture. Now pour your base smoothie into a bowl. Next you want to give it some crunch. Add some fruits, greens, nuts, seeds, or granola to the top. Make sure there is protein, either blended in, or on top. There are so many combinations to try, so be creative.
