3. Squat Jumps

In the pool, make sure you can stand up. The water should be at least to your bellybutton. Squat down in traditional squat form. Legs at hips width apart, back straight. Hold your core, and when you’re fully in squat position, push up and spring out of the water. You’re jumping out of the squat, rather than just standing up. This works your core, thighs, hamstrings, and glutes. Do 2 sets of 15.
