At Home Circuit for Your Best Butt

You don’t need a ton of fancy gym equipment or expensive classes to get the bottom you want. Having a strong derriere is as easy as putting in the time and effort. Here’s a great circuit to get your butt in shape. Put some upbeat music on and have some water nearby. Make sure you’re wearing proper shoes.

Do 15 squats, 20 walking lunges, 10 jump squats, 15 side lunges, 20 bridges, and 15 kickbacks. Repeat this 3 times. Get a drink in between circuits, but don’t take too long of a break. You want to keep your heartrate up. You can do this circuit every other day to get the butt you want.
