Addicted to Coffee Creamer? Try This Instead
Coffeemate and other coffee creamers are full of artificial flavorings, hydrogenated vegetable oils, corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners. But many people, who otherwise eat healthy, can’t seem to enjoy their morning cup of coffee without it. Cream and sugar or just black coffee might not do it for you, but you can enjoy your own clean and healthy version of coffee creamer.
In a blender mix 2 cups of Almond Milk, 2.5 tbsp of honey, and 3.5 tsp of pure vanilla extract. Blend it up. You can store this mixture in the coffee for up to 2 weeks, as long as it’s in an airtight container.
Much healthier than Coffeemate and just as delicious!
