The fetal position is likely one of the worst sleeping positions that you can choose. This basically involves having your body curled up with your chin down towards the rest of your body and your knees drawn up towards your torso. Even though this seems tempting, it can restrict your ability to breathe deeply and cause all sorts of injuries to your neck and back. However, this position could be good for you if you are someone who snores or if you are a pregnant woman.
